We appreciate your business very much. Please read the policies below to acquaint yourself with our Return & Exchange policies. We will help you make a good choice in selection of your part needs, but final responsibility lies in your hands.

S&M Import Auto reserves the right to limit what can be exchanged or returned for credit on any purchase. It is imperative that a purchase made through S&M Import Auto be correct in purpose and fittment. All purchase receipts must be kept (no adjustments can be made without an invoice). All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Shipping charges will also taken from credit owed if part was indeed shipped. There are no returns at all past 30 days from invoice date. All adjustments are limited to replacement of sold part(s) only, unless a (invoiced) separate warranty has been purchased. No labor will be covered under these warranties unless a (invoiced) separate warranty has been purchased. No consequential fees such as towing charges, rental-car charges, etc., will be covered under any circumstance. No cash refunds are given , only credit towards future purchase (to be used within 60 day period) through S&M Import Auto.

Electrical parts (engine brain boxes, distributors, alternators, etc.) can not be returned for credit. If an electrical part fails within the specified warranty time frame, the part can be returned for exchange only. Therefore, it is very important that a professional diagnoses electrical problems with your vehicle before purchasing these type of parts from any auto parts vendor. To help facilitate your purchase, please have a copy of the vehicles VIN (vehicle identification number tag) for part purchases. When matching interior & exterior colors, paint codes as well as interior trim codes from your vehicle are very helpful. Questions? Give us a call.
